In this webinar, we’ll be exploring basic wine evaluation. From sight, smell, and taste, to basic wine composition and how to “taste” formally. This class will be BYOB of any choice, but I would recommend something easy to pick apart and make observations on such as a nice Oregon or Sonoma Pinot Noir. They’re easy to drink, approachable for many palates, and easy to find. I found red wine to be easier to evaluate when I first started, but feel free to do white wine if you don’t care for red. $20/pp
